I have been itching to write a parallel to Melville\’s I and my Chimney in which Melville metaphorically compares his penis to the winding chimney in his home — a chimney his wife and daughter wish to tear down (symbolically portraying their desire to castrate him). This is not the first time this attempt has been clipped…
Similarly, the Wife AND my 96-year-old-father are pushing for me to shave my goatee: The Wife wants stubble (which I interpret as her attempting to seize total control of Samson\’s hair); while I believe my father\’s desire is for me to see Him every time I look into the mirror (I do resemble him when I am clean-shaven…)…
But more on I and my Goatee much later because this talk of goatees has just reminded me of our favorite Kentuckian; and, the fact that Kentucky only recently outlawed bestiality: I have referred to Mitch as the Master of Goats elsewhere.
Mitch\’s wife, Elaine Chao, is no goat! She is actually a-good-looking-woman — but talk about a political marriage…Elaine comes from a very, very, wealthy Chinese shipping family (they were married in 1993) and the Master of Goats…well, the Master of Goats also has the nickname of \”Turtle\”; not someone we would want as a representative of the all-American male. The Master of Goats is quite the nebbish.
I have also just learned of the $78 million gift Elaine gave her husband\’s State Programs by virtue of her position as Transportation Secretary!? And while we\’re on the subject of gifts — Elaine\’s father (a Chinese-born shipping magnate reportedly worth billions) apparently gifted the couple $25 million to weather-the-storm of the 2008 stock market crash.
Talk about a conflict of interest(s) for Mitch McConnell! Mitch\’s conflicts seem to rival the Donald\’s!! No wonder Mitch doesn\’t want to rock-the-boat RE: Trump\’s fiscal policies — 83% of money put-into-play by the \”tax cuts\” went into the pockets (and purses) of the One Percent — of which our infamous Kentuckian is a member.
Hell! I wonder if the Donald is going after the Chinese so hard because Mitch stands to inherit real billions (unlike the Donald\’s fake billions) from his father-in-law (for all I know, Wife Elaine is already worth billions) — and we ALL know that the Donald has over-estimated his fortune; in fact, the Donald probably owes more than he\’s worth — making him worth nothing.
And since every bank on the planet now refuses to loan the Donald money (yes even the Russians) — the Donald is taxing the Chinese (and probably paying Putin back with Chinese money!)! We know that the tariff monies are not helping Americans — what with 3 coal mines declaring bankruptcy and plenty of American farmers bitching that they are being fucked-up by the Donald\’s policies (not to forget US middle-class types).
Thank goodness Mitch doesn\’t seem beholden to the Russians (he doesn\’t seem a golden shower type and Chinese parents are known to keep a tight leash on their children) so perhaps he will do the right thing by US one-of-these-days.
Lindsey Graham on-the-other-hand is quite another story — as rumors on the streets suggest that the Russians have compromising photos of Lindsey and little boys…
Perhaps we can find a Chinese wife for Lindsey???
